Send to a handle
Pay a handle before its owner has ever heard of Post. Your wallet signs a plain ETH transfer to the Post wallet with post:@handle in the calldata. Post reads the hash from chain and writes the claim.
Send to a handle
Finding the Post walletYour wallet signs it. Post reads the hash from chain and credits the handle.
What happens next
A plain ETH transfer to the Post wallet. The handle is the calldata, so the transfer carries its own address label.
The server reads the transaction and its receipt. It has to be addressed to the Post wallet, it has to have succeeded, and the calldata has to decode to a real handle. Nothing from the browser is trusted except the hash.
The ETH is priced at the Chainlink ETH/USD feed and written against that handle, ready to claim. The same hash posted twice returns the first claim.
The owner signs in with one post, sees it on the Claims page, and picks any supported asset to receive it as.
